What To Expect

A wig party at Callie’s Custom Hat Wigs is more than an event. It’s a confidence experience.

From the moment you walk in, you can expect a warm, loving, judgment-free space where wigs see no color and every crown matters. Guests can choose from up to 15 different wigs and looks, learning the difference between fibers, fit, and function, and getting real education on how to wear, care for, and love your wig. It’s personal, intentional, and led with compassion, especially for those walking through hair loss due to cancer, alopecia, or life transitions.

And baby... it is FUN. There’s music, laughter, mirror moments, and a whole lot of cheering when someone finds that wig—the one that makes them stand a little taller and smile a little bigger. It feels like a friend’s night, a healing moment, and a celebration all wrapped into one.

21-40 miles: Flat rate of $125
40+ miles is a custom quote


Shipping / Inventory Handling: $20 per person.

No refunds on wigs, services, or booking

No pets allowed.
Client secures the venue.
Client must provide a safe, clean, and
accessible space.
Callie’s is only responsible for cleaning up
their supplies.

A Wig Party is a confidence-building, educational experience where guests
learn about wigs,care, and styling while shopping exclusive party-only
deals in a safe, welcoming space.

How many guests can attend?

Wig Parties are available for 3–25 guests, including Private VIP, Standard,
and Signature options.

Is there a booking fee?

Yes. A $700 non-refundable booking and host setup fee is required to
secure your date.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed at Wig Parties. Service animals are the only exception.

Who is responsible for the cleanup?

Callie’s Custom Hat Wigs is responsible only for cleaning up our wig setup
and materials. The host is responsible for all other cleanup.
